Location: We are located in the OLDSMAR / WESTCHASE / CITRUS PARK Area in West Tampa.
At American Products, Inc. (API), we manufacture architectural metal products locally from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. These products include, but are not limited to the following: Storefronts, Doors, Canopies, Sunshades, ACM panel systems, Brake metal, Awnings, Roof screens, and handrails.
Some of the largest national chains in the country are our customers, Chipotle, Outback, Lululemon, Warby Parker, Panera, Wawa, Forever 21, H&M, Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, etc. as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US
Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant Job:
American Products, Inc. (API) manufactures architectural metal products such as storefronts, doors, canopies, sunshades, acm panel systems, brake metal and handrail from our facilities in Oldsmar, Fl. Our customers include some of the largest national chains in the country such as Chipotle, Outback, PDQ, Gap, Ann Taylor, Lids, Forever 21, etc. as well as architects, general contractors and subcontractors located nationally throughout the US.
We are looking for a very positive, outgoing, professional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. You will assist owners with both business and personal items as well as assist in other areas of the business as needed, such as operations, marketing, project coordination, hr, etc. Please note that this position is not focused on screening incoming phone calls, scheduling travel, and managing a calendar. It is much more than that!
This Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant position is very multi-faceted and will be filled by someone that meets the following:
- Very outgoing, happy and positive person!
- Willing to do whatever it takes to complete the job for a pair of busy executives. Must be comfortable working on both business and personal items (from managing personal calendars, to scheduling appointments, vacations, home/car repair, to holiday shopping, running errands, etc.) to sitting in on management meetings and taking extensive meeting minutes, distributing those minutes and following up with staff to ensure items are completed, to participating in various operations, marketing and sales support functions and so much more. Must be comfortable running errands as needed, such as getting lunch
- Absolutely must be extremely computer savvy – Word, Outlook, CRM software, etc. THIS IS A MUST.
- Marketing savvy is a plus or at least an interest in marketing
- Must be extremely organized – able to keep themselves organized as well as the executives they work for
- Must be able to multi-task while still staying focused on all priorities at hand
- Able to hold themselves in high regard and command respect of the staff and represent themselves as part of the senior management team
- Experience taking extensive notes in meetings, tracking milestones to ensure tasks are completed, etc. is a plus.
- Must enjoy a very fast paced environment that is always changing!
