The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Tampa Center (TC) leadership team and the role holder will oftentimes be the first person whom TC stakeholders, Partners, and Clients will meet when engaging with our leadership team or visiting the operations. This position is a critical part of connecting the Tampa Global Services Center with the rest of the Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform varying administrative support requiring extreme confidentiality, initiative, sound decision-making, attention to detail, high energy, and flexibility in line with a high-paced deadline-driven team
- Daily administrative support including complex calendaring, travel bookings, and expense processing
- General document formatting including graphics, images, and copying
- Arrange and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings (including Zoom and Teams), as required
- Liaise with Office Services/Catering, IT, and other required functions to ensure the seamless delivery of Tampa Center meetings
- Assist with the planning and execution of Tampa Center events, both internal and Client-facing.
- Attend in-person meetings/calls when required to capture outputs for both internal and external meetings
- Prepare presentations, and reports (in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel), draft internal communications, gather information, and conduct required analysis to support these reports, at the direction of the leadership team
- Create communications and administrative support for Tampa Center
- Upload information onto the Tampa Center site
- Flexibility to travel to Firm meetings when required
Experience Required
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- Previous experience working with senior leaders in a professional services environment
- Excellent document processing and technology skills, including extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in an MS Teams environment is a plus
- Excellent spelling and grammar; strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
