Full Job Description
Under general direction, provides administrative and professional support as directed by the executive management supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides all general office functions, which include typing, editing, transcribing, copying, filing, faxing, documenting and distributing correspondence.
- Provides back-up assistance to other officers with preparation (including typing, formatting and data-gathering) and filing of reports.
- Maintains team logistical information such as scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinates internal and external meetings.
- Coordinates the gathering of information needed for received requests.
- Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure those parties receive excellent customer service at all times.
- Completes special assignments as needed.
- Researches, compiles, and analyzes data for special projects and various reports.
- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls.
- Interacts frequently with members of senior management. Provides assistance to others in the department as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion with respect to Company and Bank matters, personnel matters, and job duties.
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality to work.
- Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task and deal effectively with unexpected events.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with exacting deadlines.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.

- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to absorb new duties and responsibilities.
- Highly skilled in using computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of (5) five years of work experience in an administrative/executive assistant role required.
- Minimum of (5) five years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
