Description

Provides advanced administrative/secretarial support to the Executive as required. Manages the Executive’s schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls. Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed. Performs other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Executive or Administrative Office Supervisor. Greets and directs visitors and team members. Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
