The Executive Assistant:
- Provides advanced administrative/secretarial support to the Executive as required.
- Manages the Executive’s schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.
- Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed.
- Performs other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Executive or Administrative Office Supervisor.
- Greets and directs visitors and team members.
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education:
- Required: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
- Preferred: Associates Degree
Required Experience:
- Required: 2 years of Administrative Support Experience
- Preferred: 1 year of Executive Assistant Experience
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Shift Hours: 8am-5pm
