Position Summary
As the executive assistant, you will be a vital part of our small but mighty team! You will assist us through supportgrowing our brand and helping our franchisees succeed through top rate administrative support. Responsibilities include assisting in organizing and supporting office management, franchise sales, marketing team franchisee support and more. This work will be critical for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Perform front office duties, including but not limited to: managing inbound calls, organizing schedules, monitoring office mail, working with franchise owners · Perform front office duties: manage a multi-line phone system, monitor office email, manage appointments and calendars.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Manage and execute “zoom” meetings including scheduling, creation, promotion, and follow up
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and top level customer service
- Tech Savvy – skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Social Media Platforms,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Computer, office equipment and phone skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities as requested
- Handle administrative and data-entry
- Create and distribute various materials needed for local franchisees and corporate office including digital assets, newsletters, email templates, printed materials, presentations
- Schedule and manage CEO schedule and calendar
- Manage and respond to any franchisees requests, questions, issues, concerns, etc. as they come in
- Update social media accounts as needed and ensure that all events are up-to date and are accurate/error free
- Collaborate with other members of the Executive Team in preparation of recommendations, strategies, and actions for the franchisees
- Assist with other projects to support cross-functional teams, as specified

- Ability to dependably organize, prioritize, and manage a multitude of priorities with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoys fast-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as work independently
- Ability to take initiative to do more than what is required to being added value to the department
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields desired but not required
- 1-2 years experience in related field, internship participant desired
- Proficiency in all Social Media platforms required
- Proficiency in Google Suite required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Digital experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
