Part-Time Executive Assistant, with room for growth – Keller Williams S. Tampa Realty – Catalina Roman
Role: This job is for a dynamic role as the EA to a top producing real-estate agent with a fast-paced, changing schedule. The right person will thrive with different tasks every day, take initiative without needing a lot of “hand holding”, and will also have the skills and ability to create and modify back-of-house systems, as they pertain to taking care of clients, marketing, lead conversion and overall business growth.
While part time right now, this role is designed to grow with the business into an eventual full-time position, with the responsibilities growing + changing along with it. In short, flexibility and a “yes” attitude is a must with this role! In a perfect world, this candidate has worked in a similar role before and has the skills necessary to manage several different fast-paced tasks and projects at once.
Work one on one with a real estate broker in running day to day business operations. Database management, social media, create marketing campaigns, document processing, communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, banks, etc… Assist with, and implement strategic plans.
Pay: This is an hourly position with bonus opportunities starting at $20 an hour, depending on qualification and experience.
Experience:
– 2+ year customer services preferred.
– 1+ year admin assistant
– 1+ year marketing, preferred.
– Real estate license, preferred.
Skills:
– Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills, customer service.
– Outstanding organizational and time management skills are a must.
– Database management skills involving drip campaigns is also a must. Google Docs, Google sheets, Canva, KW Command (Can be trained on), Docusign, Facebook, Instagram, MLS input (will train on), and other digitally-based productive tools.
– Transaction coordinator skills.
– Discretion and confidentiality.

Hours: Starting with approx. 4 hrs/day – 3 days/week – flexible schedule.
Non-Negotiables:
– Personal vehicle for transportation.
– Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as needed or as agreed upon.
– Urgency, and the ability to complete time sensitive tasks within the same day or within a given time period.
