The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives and peer level contacts and clients. They should be well-organized, high energy, and comfortable engaging with third parties on multiple continents. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents, organize client management files, and engage with executives travel schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors and clients
- Maintain electronic and physical files for clients and executive’s meetings
- Handle requests for information and data on outstanding meetings and client progress
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
