Looking for an executive assistant for a rapidly growing real estate agency to work on our team. Projects will include answering phone calls & emails, customer service/administrative support for three people. Located in our Dunedin & Belleair offices.
Requirements for position:
– MUST HAVE prior real estate experience – assistant, reception or licensed agent
– Strong organizational skills, patience, self-starter, and friendly personality required
– Ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, flexibility, attention to detail
– Prior experience in this type of position
– Strong computer skills (Experience with Google Drive/Gmail, Microsoft Office)
