Looking for an executive assistant for a rapidly growing real estate agency to work on our team. Must have previous working experience in similar position.

Projects will include answering phone calls & emails, customer service/administrative support for three people (ceo, president,coo). Located in our Dunedin & Belleair offices.

Requirements for position:
– MUST HAVE prior experience in this type of position (2 to 3 years preferred)
– Strong organizational skills, patience, self-starter, and friendly personality required
– Ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, flexibility, attention to detail
– Professional demeanor
– Strong computer skills (Experience with Google Drive/Gmail, Microsoft Office)
