Looking for an executive assistant for a rapidly growing real estate agency to work on our team. Must have previous working experience in a similar position. Prefer someone with previous real estate experience/knowledge.
Position will be working closely with the CEO and COO on day-to-day tasks, operations and organization. Multifaceted position that will have tasks ranging from answering phones to helping with real estate projects. Position location may move between offices but mostly Clearwater/Dunedin areas.
Requirements for position:
– MUST HAVE prior experience in this type of position
– Strong organizational skills, patience, self-starter, and friendly personality required
– Ability to multi-task, computer proficiency, flexibility, attention to detail
– Professional demeanor
– Strong computer skills (Experience with Google Drive/Gmail, Microsoft Office)
