Executive Assistant’s schedule and location:
You will be located at our office in Clearwater, FL., and will have a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. This is not a remote position.
Your Mission as Executive Assistant:
As the Executive Assistant (EA) to our Chief Investment Officer (CIO), you will oversee & manage his day-to-day activities. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks which require a strong ability to navigate through new systems.
Some of the Executive Assistant’s Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendaring and scheduling by implementing a structured calendaring system.
- Point-of-Contact: Act as liaison between CIO and clients, vendors, etc.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Handle and prioritize requests and scheduling with competing demands.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel.
- Review and organize emails.
- Prepare CIO for the day (meetings, deliverables, etc.).
- Prepare CIO for client meetings (document, assign, and track deliverables; ensure deliverables are complete; run reports from various systems, etc.)
- Help in the organization/planning of events.
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Ideally you have some experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Financial Industry experience preferred; licenses are not mandatory.
- Ideally you have some experience with marketing and event planning.
- Note: we will train you and help you achieve great expertise on the job.

- Superb organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Energetic attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to get things done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, $50,000 – $58,000 along with potential for short- and long-term incentive bonuses.
