Executive Assistant
We are a commercial cleaning company. We are looking for someone for representing our company. You need good computer skills, great customer service skills, & detail-oriented. You will be scheduling appointments, working with .different portals creating work orders. Printing organizing all work to be completed and track returned work orders in the database. You will need prior office experience. You will assist the owner in HR/recruiting, payroll processing, keeping company records in order, filing, etc.
I am not looking for anyone who is not serious. This is my life. My company is family owned and I need a hard worker who takes ownership and wants to not just be another number. I need a self-starter with good ideas and determination. I will advise that you may need to actually clean and get hands dirty loading trucks or organizing supplies in the office. We are a commercial cleaning company so although the position is mostly office, It is also to assist the owner with what she needs to get done to operate the business so be prepared to wear a few hats.
