Overview
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and organized executive assistant to provide administrative support to the President & CEO. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of independently managing responsibilities and prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working directly with members of the executive leadership team, this position has high visibility throughout the organization. The Executive Assistant should exhibit professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality while interacting with all levels of team members and external contacts.
Responsibilities
- Manages the calendar and daily schedule of President/CEO with careful prioritization to ensure time efficiency
- Facilitates planning and execution of senior level meetings and events
- Prepares meeting agendas and attends meetings as required to ensure visibility to appropriate company news and initiatives
- Makes travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Serves as a liaison between President/CEO and key internal and external stakeholders
- Prepares documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Remains knowledgeable of corporate policy
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent degree
- Four years of experience supporting C-suite level executives
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills
- Knowledge of workforce development
