We are looking for a organized and energetic executive assistant to join our team. You will be tracking and assisting with large projects, Help assist with payroll, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers high quality customer service.
Schedule: Monday- Thursday (9:30AM-5:00PM) Friday ( 9AM-5PM)
Position Responsibilities
- Implementation of assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain implementation timeline.
- Coordinate and conduct regular calls and/or meetings with internal and external contacts to set forth deadlines.
- Process initial payroll cycles to ensure proper setup.
- Responsible for assisting with or completing the implementation/conversion process.
- Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances, and processing terminations.
- Successfully prioritizes efforts to meet obligations
- Continue all office filing and assure compliance with government and company regulations and procedures regarding record maintenance and retention.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by HR Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required. Some college preferred.
- Payroll experience required. Payroll service bureau experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Payroll Implementation Administrator I or II experience required.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Must be PC literate (MS Office) and have strong Excel. Experience using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing spreadsheets, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information

Pay: $48,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
