Inovalon is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support members of our executive management team. The ideal professional will be responsible for handling telephone calls, maintaining calendars and meeting coordination and performing administrative tasks and duties for Inovalon’s executive management team as they create a footprint in the industry through hard work, high energy, and innovative thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support with regard to such aspects as document management, construction, preparation, editing, assembly, distribution, etc.;
- Acts as liaison with internal and external clients and contacts;
- Interprets, communicates, and directs information appropriately and effectively;
- Facilitates complex detailed travel plans and creates itineraries and other documents for travel related meetings;
- Prepares expense reports and purchase requisitions;
- Arranges programs, events, and conferences;
- Manages executive’s calendar and independently schedules appointments;
- Assists with creation of presentations and spreadsheets as needed;
- Performs other duties as assigned supporting other administrative functional areas as necessary as well as other department personnel;
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant;
- Proficient computer skills and calendar management skills including the ability to schedule executive meetings utilizing Microsoft Outlook and internal software;
- Strong organizational, time management, and written/oral communication skills;
- Effective computer skills; and
- Some experience attending mid- level meetings, taking notes and/or minutes, interpreting, drafting and distributing (pending approval) correspondence.
Education:
- Associate degree and/or an equivalent work experience required;
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time) Exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force ;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
