Personal Executive Assistant – Real Estate

Lead Agent with the KVA Group at Keller Williams Tampa Central is seeking an energetic and passionate Executive Assistant in the Tampa Bay area.

Overview

The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person is high energy and likes to have fun while maintaining integrity of the position. The real estate assistant’s responsibilities will include creating and managing the production of marketing & social media content, cold calling/door knocking for prospects, site checks, navigating real estate sources such as MLS/Property Appraiser, and managing Lead Agent’s personal and business everyday needs. To be successful as a real estate assistant, you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding real estate assistant should be able to keep tasks running smoothly and enable the Lead Agent’s to perform efficiently.

Location

This position will work out of the KVA Group office in Tampa, Florida from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and any personal/business related arrangements for Lead Agent.
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents through Dotloop, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), etc.
  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
  • Create marketing materials through Adobe, Canva, Photoshop, Social Media, etc.
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
  • Assisting with real estate transaction processes.
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Responsible for capturing content for desired home locations within the Tampa Bay area
  • Ability to do site checks for new construction/resale properties
  • Real estate prospecting through cold calling, door knocking, writing letters, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, numeracy and project management abilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prefer experience with and/or understanding of the real estate industry
  • Real estate license not required
  • High school graduate
  • Needs to commute to Tampa/St.Petersburg area
  • Driver’s License

Compensation

The Executive Assistant is a full time salary employee starting at $48,000 – $60,000.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tampa, FL 33602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
