About the Role: We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team! Working from our Tampa Bay, Florida headquarters (hybrid work schedule), you’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being organized, analytical, strategic, and resourceful, you must possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. High enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness are crucial, as is a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support, including document preparation and online research.
- Manage multiple complex calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and facilitate smooth travel experiences.
- Interact regularly and build relationships with our partners and Partner Services team.
- Provide executives with required resources for meetings and events.
- Organize team professional events.
- Assist in managing our office, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance vendors.
- Personal Assistant to Co-Founder
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint, and Excel) and online travel tools.
- Experience with planning team events and off-sites.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills, and comfortable with last-minute changes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment with an optimistic approach to work and life.
- Incredibly proactive and resilient; able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction.
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and schedules and supporting multiple executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Notary Public license; or willing to obtain

Compensation: $65, 000.00 – $75, 000.00 + Performance Bonus
