Executive Assistant – Legal Support Specialist
Must be vaccinated and have at least 1-2 years exp. in a law firm

Responsibilities for Legal Support Specialist
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant – Legal Support Specialist to support a team of legal and government affairs professionals dedicated to providing first-class service to clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities of Executive Assistant – Legal Support Specialist
- Performs administrative tasks such as processes time entry, new matters, travel arrangements, reimbursement expenses, and the calendar.
- Manages phone lines for supported attorneys
- Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadline
The qualifications of the Executive Assistant/Legal Support Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in a professional administrative position in large or medium size organization
- Law firm background preferred
- Stable work history
- Passion for what you do

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
