Compensation

$20,000 to $35,000 Full Time based on experience with opportunities to grow with bonuses, Open to Part Time Candidates with the prospective of growing with the Company to Full Time Director of Operations

Executive Administrative Assistant

1. Primary Objectives

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for the sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management and back office support.
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation and maintenance of all office equipment
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquires or complaints
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

2. Responsibilities and Duties

  • System development, implementation and management
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc)
  • Manage website, blog posts and all social media
  • Compile and distribute weekly.monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email
  • Prepare spreadsheets of weekly/monthly sales statistics, and expense reports
  • Scheduling showings, following up with agents, sellers and buyer obtaining feedback
  • Oversight of contracts through closing
  • Customer/Vendor relations
  • Bookkeeping
