Job Description
NEEDED IMMEDIATELY! Commercial Real Estate office in Downtown St. Pete seeking a full-time Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator. This position offers a 40 hour a week work schedule between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills with the ability to effectively multitask and handle our marketing and in-house operations along with tenant, client and vendor relations with a high level of professionalism, organization and self motivation. On a typical day, you can expect 70% Marketing, 30% Administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have some Administrative experience, and at least 1-2 years of Marketing experience.
Marketing Responsibilities:
E-mail marketing campaigns (ConstantContact)
Design and coordinate marketing mail campaigns
Create marketing materials for all properties (Using Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva)
Maintain internet listings (CoStar/Loopnet, 42 Floors)
Compose press releases and distribute to designated social media outlets (our website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Prepare and design presentations as needed
Maintain website content
Create content such as blogs and social media
Create and implement various marketing campaigns to generate leads
Administrative Responsibilities:
Answer main phone
Receive visitors to our office as well as our tenants
Track company sales and leases in spreadsheet format
Monitor and order office supplies
Process tenant concerns and coordinate with appropriate vendors
Prepare reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for various properties

Qualifications
* Associates Degree or 3 years experience in an administrative role
* 2 years Marketing/Real estate marketing experience preferred
* Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Publisher, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Intermediate/Advanced level in Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop, Lightroom)
* Ability to multi-task
* Creative individual with a high attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexible and positive attitude
Preferred Skills (not required)
* Experience with e-mail marketing (Constant Contact)
* Marketing/Real estate marketing background
* Notary
