DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory services company is seeking an Executive Assistant / Marketing Manager to provide professional support to the Managing Principal of the company. The assistant will benefit from the growth opportunity in both salary and responsibilities within this rapidly growing firm. Candidates with a Florida Real Estate License are preferred; however, it is not required.
Qualified candidates must possess the following attributes:

-High level of organizational skills with ability to handle numerous deadlines, projects, and tasks
-Ability to work quickly and maximize time to handle workload – fast paced

-Coachable – willing to receive feedback and quickly correct course as-needed
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills i.e. grammar, spelling etc.
-Excellent communicator – responds quickly to all communications from managing principal
-High level of enthusiasm to complete the work and be part of the growth of the firm
-Positive attitude
Qualified candidates should possess many of the following attributes; however, it is not necessarily a requirement:
-Experience in real estate industry – ideally commercial real estate
-Experience with adobe software i.e. Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator is preferred
-Experience as an assistant or administrative professional
-Experience with Excel
Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
-Responding to consistent flow of tasks/projects assigned by managing principal
-Email correspondence with clients
-Managing the marketing needs of the company
-Creation of digital and print marketing materials via Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
-Research – properties, contacts, markets etc.
-Managing project timelines – numerous tasks and projects must be done on time
-Organizing and maintaining electronic documents / files
-Directly assisting in the growth and success of marketing strategies – ability to contribute data-driven direction on how to improve marketing efforts
-Managing schedule/calendars
-Transaction deadline management – numerous transactions to manage with everchanging timelines that require updating daily/weekly
-Jumping between projects and tasks frequently throughout the day while making sure everything is completed with high level of quality
Work environment: Candidate will work directly with Managing Principal out of the company’s Tampa office – located at the Sykes Tower/Rivergate Tower in downtown Tampa.
Salary and Bonuses: Annual starting Salary is $50,000. With bonuses, the annual total pay (salary plus bonuses) can range from $50k – $75k depending on bonuses earned.
