As an Executive Assistant, you will be the face of the company and must have a positive and pleasant attitude focused on continuous improvement. To be successful you must be able to establish immediate rapport with clients, investors, buyers, sellers, renters, and realtors. People must trust you and you must be self-assured focused on providing quality service. You must be very comfortable with technology and view it as a tool for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

Our corporate brands include Real Estate HeadQuarters, Apartment Addiction and Rhodes to Results Coaching. You will be involved with the day to day operations of each business providing a constant source of growth and opportunity.

Job Duties

  • Excellent and prompt communication skills – written and oral
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Maintain the customer relationship management system (Podio CRM)
  • Serve as real estate transaction coordinator from contract to close
  • Must be technically savvy and enjoy learning new technology
  • Excellent computer skills and be proficient in MS Office
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals
  • Report on weekly KPIs by maintaining activity checklists for each property.
  • Coordinate with accountant on rents, purchases and expenditures
  • Coordinate and show rental properties
  • Handle tenant relations
  • Pull together various presentations
  • Proficient on social media managing daily posts and responses
  • Manage marketing calendar and schedule

In this Full Time position, we are looking for professional, motivated, driven candidates. Some weekend and evening work is expected. Reliable transportation along with a love of people and technology is a must.
