Description

 The Executive /Personal Assistant will work closely with the Managing Attorney/Owner and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Daily check in with the CEO to review current and weekly calendar
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements
  • Manage the day-to-day calendars
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite, meetings, luncheons, breakfast events and Dinner engagements.
  • Coordinate the hosting of in-house events
  • Perform variety of office and personal errands
  • Conduct research
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and recap meetings
  • Prepare Power Point Presentations
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for executives
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Anticipate the Executive needs
  • Assist other senior management when needed

  • Previous experience handling travel arrangements

  • Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

· Must have 2+plus years’ experience Executive/Personal Assistant
