Schedule:
- Full Time Shifts: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Executive Assistant/Office Manager Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and understanding of QuickBooks preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable mentality as priorities shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Controller as needed.
- Assist with incoming phone calls and providing customer support.
- Managing front desk.
- Purchasing and replenishing office supplies.
- Arranging in-person meetings and logistics.
- Employee onboarding/offboarding assistance.
- Organize/manage monthly safety meeting for employees.
- Miscellaneous assistance needed by employees.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
