EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – REAL ESTATE

This is a valuable opportunity to learn the practical side of the residential real estate business through a close working relationship with a very active licensed top realtor. Possibility to transition to a licensed agent, if desired.

Key administrative responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing online files, including managing some transaction deadlines, close contact with buyers, sellers, inspectors, vendors, technicians, appraisers and title companies
  • Fill out and submit listing forms; make changes to any MLS listings as needed, including sourcing information from public information sources
  • Standard real estate activities – Have keys made, order surveys and inspections with licensee approval, order repairs, compute commissions, arrange closing gifts, have signs placed and removed, make showing and listing appointments
  • Marketing activities including design of ads, flyers, social media postings and direct mail, for approval by licensee and broker
  • Fill out contract and other forms for approval by licensee
  • Assist with staging of for-sale listings
  • Manage rental move in/move out, repairs and background checks with licensee approval
  • Arrange and attend open houses as needed
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns that are objective in nature and sourced from listing or other documented material
  • Other tasks as needed and assigned by licensee

  • Proficiency with online applications, such as Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and with social media
  • Excellent organization skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a VERY fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and assignments
  • Proactive approach towards organization of tasks and deadlines
  • Professional verbal and written language skills and a high degree of orientation towards creating exceptional client experience
  • Calm demeanor and creative problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Personal transportation, laptop and smart phone required in order to perform errands and tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
