Job Description
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide executive level administrative support to the Regional President, VP of Development, VP of Construction, and other executives as needed
- Proactively manage calendars, emails, calls, and other correspondence for leaders, including scheduling meetings, creating materials, compiling monthly reports, etc.
- Anticipate challenges and conflicting priorities and help the team navigate through these challenges in a proactive fashion
- Manage and plan domestic travel, meetings and events for the Southeast Region’s Leadership Team
- Support recurring meetings with preparing and updating documents that require multiple team members input, summarizing meeting minutes and action items, etc.
- Carry out assignments under pressure with short deadlines and frequent interruptions
- Maintain and create close working relationships with senior executives, organizational peers, and staff members, both internally and externally
- Support senior leadership with assignment timelines and follow through
- Be in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
