Scanslated is a physician-led healthcare technology company developing software to transform medical reports into a patient-friendly, interactive format. Scanslated’s mission is to empower patients through improved comprehension of medical results, helping hospitals and health systems deliver enhanced patient experiences and improved outcomes.
We are currently seeking a recent college graduate with good communication skills, that is well organized, that is comfortable on the phone, and that is willing to do various tasks with a growing startup. Those tasks would include answering customer support emails and phone calls, setting up internal and external meetings with customers, and customer outreach emails and phone calls.
