Position Overview:
As an Executive Assistant at SEP Capital, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our CEO’s productivity and contributing to the overall success of our businesses. You will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple industries and be an essential part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Manage email correspondence efficiently, monitor the CEO’s inbox, and draft responses as needed.
- Project Support: Assist with a diverse range of projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations to support decision-making.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, management team & investors, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and compile comprehensive minutes and action items.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s complex schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across all companies.
- Gatekeeping: Prioritize appointments and meetings, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and that they are well-prepared for engagements.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle end-to-end travel planning, including itineraries, reservations, and expense reports, for both business and personal trips.
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and safeguard confidential files, documents, and records for all companies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work across multiple companies and industries.
- Social media and/or marketing experience a plus
