Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistantwill be responsible for providing administrative support to the President of Signode and his associated senior leadership team. This is a dynamic environment, and the incumbent must be able to demonstrate high levels of discretion, communication, organization, initiative, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work independently while remaining flexible under pressure and changing priorities. The successful candidate will need to be able to partner with key members of the team to accomplish goals.

Essential functions of role:
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs in order to generate documents, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
- Learn/master the use of internal software systems for data collection and reporting
- Organize domestic and international travel, coordinate travel visas as needed while remaining flexible under pressure with frequently changing priorities. Experience with Concur preferred
- Using Skype and other technologies, coordinate business meetings, roundtable technology and video conferencing
- Prioritize projects; establish and meet deadlines in alignment with plans/goals of the President and the Senior Leadership Team
- Execute calendar management, while understanding the priorities of the President and his contacts
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature where independent action and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations
- Act as point of contact for the daily business of the President and his Senior Leadership Team.
- Obtain briefing materials and research from relevant parties to ensure that the President and team are fully prepared for meetings.
- Collect and prepare information for use in meetings/discussions of executive staff and outside influencers.
- Participate in staff meetings, plan offsite meetings, all-hands and team events – coordinate all logistics, manage communications, track action items and key issues.
- Review incoming/outgoing mail, screen telephone calls and handle independently as appropriate.
Position qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive administrative experience with 2 years minimum executive Level support
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and competing priorities with strong time-management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing business landscape
- Excellent interpersonal savvy skills to maintain and develop successful relationships with both internal and external contacts with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision quality when managing schedules while understanding the difference between urgent and important
- Good problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise extreme confidentiality
High school diploma; higher education preferred
