Job responsibilities:
You work as a member of a team in customer services. Work independently and as a member of a team. You typically perform the same tasks every day and may work shifts before or after hours at the mall or store.
Typical tasks performed by customer service staff: Prospect and retain customers; Provide information and resolve doubts, Solve customer problems, Shorten service times, Boost sales, Receive and process orders, requests and claims, Analyze customer needs, manage them as a team with other areas of the company, Detect aspects improvement, Recognize the actions of the competition, Identify market opportunities, Collect valuable information about the client, their needs and preferences, Generate statistics on the management of the company;
Set up and manage the customer service team, implement strategies to improve the quality, productivity and performance of customer service, monitor management indicators, define and monitor the achievement of the area’s KPIs, achieve and maintain the level of quality and customer satisfaction, plan, organize, prioritize and delegate tasks that contribute to the fulfillment of objectives, lead initiatives and projects that aim to improve customer service, support the role of coordinators In order to achieve the objectives, control the budget of the customer service area, identify the training needs and improvement of the team, motivate the team and improve the experience of the collaborators, identify possible technological changes or tools that improve both the experience of the collaborator, such as that of the client, implement policies and processes aimed at improving customer, promote customer focus within the organization, in all its areas, analyze customer contact points and propose improvements in the experience, Support in the resolution of problems or complaints, when these cannot be resolved by the representatives nor coordinators, because they require validations at the management level, report the information collected from the client, which may be an important input for other areas of the company, detect market opportunities.
