Hello!
I am an Entrepreneur expanding my current business. I’m building a real estate investing empire that flips hundreds of homes and I’m creating a business model that can be duplicated in other markets.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Executing Marketing Plan- sending out marketing plan every week. Keeping a report of what campaign is working/not working.
Managing my schedule and emails. Making sure important tasks get done, appointments are set, staff meeting is ready to go each week.
LEAD MANAGEMENT (SOCIAL MEDIA) = soft sales skills just over Social Media chats (nothing live on the phone… yet), Post content and manage responses, if they are a good fit, my team will talk with potential sellers/buyers.
Office Management- Be my eyes and ears and make sure that my employees are doing what they are supposed to be doing within our systems.
ABOUT ME: Husband and wife team that is Full of Life, loves a fun atmosphere, loves to be around Compassionate individuals, we are Super Hard working people looking to build a team with a CAN-Do Spirit!
YOU NEED TO:
-Be Insanely Organized and Detail-oriented (behind scenes taking care of details others miss)
-Be Incredibly Proactive (Thinks on HOW to improve processes, and gets it done with little supervision)
-Have an Awesome, Positive attitude
-Someone who never says “It can’t be done.” Instead, I’m looking for someone who constantly thinks of new ways it CAN be done!
-Love Personal Growth
-WANT LONG TERM position!
-REAL ESTATE Experience is a PLUS but not required
-Be willing to do whatever tasks I need help with including outside of the office too
With this position, you are ABLE to work from HOME 1-2 days per week!
