The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with investors.
- Manage and organize CEO’s business and personal calendar.
- Must be able to conduct online research and summarize findings.
- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Arrange events to take place outside of the work place.
- MUST be able to occasionally travel within the U.S, typically to the west coast
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and investors
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management or C level executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel and Google sheets
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledgeable of Real Estate, Construction, Property Management industry is preferred
- Social media savvy is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
