The Executive Assistant to CFO position is responsible for performing all administrative duties required to assist with the efficient operation of the Finance and Accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- CFO schedule management: Schedule all internal/external meetings, maintain google calendar, facilitate catering/logistics and ensure CFO has one-on-one’s with all direct reports at regular intervals, and has detail and/or meeting prep necessary.
- Travel coordination: Coordinate all travel for CFO (executives and guests, as needed).
- Monitor CFO inbox, organize, delete unnecessary email.
- Follow up/Nudge projects to completion (as directed by CFO)
- Monitor progress for key projects or areas of interest and report back information to CFO
- Review/Approve Invoices above 2k and all CFO Direct reports’ monthly expense reports (via expensify) on behalf of CFO.
- Liaise with internal departments/employees /external parties on behalf of CFO.
- Attend meetings with CFO. For the purpose of taking notes, learning/observing, and ensuring any action items/decisions made are done, and/or have been communicated to whomever needs to know (as directed by CFO).
- Keep up to date on the day to day operations/management of KnowBe4.
- Assist in any task/project as directed by CFO.
Requirements:
- 2 year degree, with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of finance practices
- Experience in excel modeling, PowerPoint, scrubbing data like cohort.
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Ability to work on finance and personal projects like travel, expenses, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Team oriented with strong collaborative skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile
