Job description: Executive Assistant

DSH Hotel Advisors, a national hotel brokerage and advisory services company is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to the Managing Principal of the company. The assistant will benefit from the tremendous growth opportunity in both salary and responsibilities within this rapidly growing firm. Candidates with a Florida Real Estate License are preferred; however, it is not required.

Qualified candidates should possess the following attributes:

-Willingness to learn and capacity to take on multiple responsibilities

-Attention to detail

-High-level of organizational skills

-Strong computer related skills

-Extremely dependable

-Creative

-Ability to work and problem-solve independently

-Experience using Adobe Programs (or fast learner)

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

-Email correspondence with clients

-Creation of digital and print marketing materials

-Research

-Managing project timelines

-Organizing and maintaining electronic documents / files

-Directly assisting in the growth and success of marketing strategies

Work environment:

Candidate will work directly with Managing Principal out of the company’s Tampa office.

Salary and Bonuses:

Annual Salary will range from $35,000 up to $50,000+ – depending on bonuses earned. Significant growth in Salary and responsibilities are possible.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • adobe programs (Indesign/Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Florida Real Estate License (Preferred)
