Job Description:

The Assistant to the COO will be responsible for providing administrative support to the COO. This position will be responsible for assisting the COO with daily tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in office environment, with a background of being handy and be able to multi-task and work independently. This position reports directly to the COO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks and projects
  • Assist with office operations and administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory management
  • Assist with office equipment maintenance, including light bulbs, paper roll, etc.
  • Assist with office security procedures as needed
  • Maintain office policies and procedures as well as general business operations
  • Maintain office calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and agendas as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO or management team (e.g., travel arrangements, document preparation)

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (College Degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment (preferred)
  • Experience in light printing or other related fields preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
