Full Job Description
The Cossette Group is actively seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder of our real estate team in the Tampa area. We are a contemporary, fast paced, elite group that adheres to our Credo of Honesty, Integrity, Guidance, Care, and Commitment toward our network and to one another.
Part time tasks and expectations to include:
Meeting with Founder weekly for time sensitive follow ups for the week.
Setting up appointments and being available to answer forwarded calls.
Actively learning about the market and transactions to facilitate seamless scheduling as needed.
Positive Mental Attitude, ability to accept business constructive feedback, fostering relationships with new clients, brokerage, and implemented partnerships.
Well versed, gracious, service forward hospitality mindset, punctual, and ability to take accountability.
Bi-ligual a plus, not a must.
This is a part time role that has potential to build into a full time position.
Locally based in Tampa, FL.
Paid bi-weekly as a 1099.
Real Estate license not required at this time.
