*Executive Assistant to CEO will support the CEO in all aspects of his companies.
*This position will require support in managing personal responsibilities that may intersect with business obligations.

Duties:
– Coordinates CEO’s schedule and makes appointments.
– Reads and routes incoming mail.
– Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by CEO
– Supports the CEO’s executive staff.
– Composes and types routine correspondence and develops reports as assigned.
– Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, members, and guests
– Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
– Manage CoLab operations i.e. answering phones, greeting visitors, & directing inquiries
– Utilize our CRM and DocuSign to prepare and send documents for signature
– Transcribe notes from meetings and other dictation as needed
– Proficient in Google Suite
– Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
– Assist with event planning and schedules.
– Conducts research, compiles and types statistical reports.
– Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities.
– Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Skills:
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Education and/or Experience – High school diploma and two years of college preferred and one to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
