Job summary:
Ienjoy Home is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO. This position will be working both out of our headquarters office and the CEO’s home (Both located in Clearwater,FL). This candidate will have to be highly organized and help control the schedule of the CEO. Ensuring his calendar is book and scheduled correctly and that he attends to all his obligations. There will be many different tasks that will range from administrative to running errands.
Responsibilities Include:
- Keeping the CEO’s schedule and calendar up to date
- Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the CEO on schedule and effective.
- Assisting with errands (Personal and work related)
- Keeping the CEO on schedule with meeting and calls
Qualifications:
- STRONG organizational skills
- High responsibility level
- A self-starter who collaborates well with co-workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about a good night’s sleep.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
