Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping assist the management team and some of the office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or departments
- Schedule appointments and meetings, both in person and virtual.
- Manage calendars for the Call Center Manager and other team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle correspondence, including letters, emails, and others.
- Answer customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even when dealing with difficult customers.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer use and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions in a calm and professional manner.

Shift- Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
Salary Range: $31,200k-$38,000k
