Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping assist the management team and some of the office staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or departments
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, both in person and virtual.
  • Manage calendars for the Call Center Manager and other team members.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle correspondence, including letters, emails, and others.
  • Answer customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer use and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions in a calm and professional manner.

Shift- Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Salary Range: $31,200k-$38,000k
