Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly talented, hard working Executive Assistant to help our rapidly growing start-up scale. You will be supporting the Tampa leadership team. This role reports into our Director of Sales and sits in our brand new St. Petersburg office!

Responsibilities
- Work directly with Leadership in regards to day to day operations.
- Organize meetings, manage calendar requests, manage projects.
- Coordinate events related to the team.
- Help with team meetings and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Ad Hoc request that supports the team.
- Have fun and enjoy your contribution to growing an exciting company!
- This role is located on-site at our office in Austin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong work ethic — a willingness to go above and beyond is key.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Logistical coordinating or event planning experience.
- A proven record of excellence and top performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
