We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the Leadership team. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Executive Assistant includes but is not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership team including managing email/calendars, answering phones, sitting in on meetings and taking notes, data entry, organizing documents/files, and making travel arrangements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information critical to the success of the business and executives with the utmost discretion and care
- Ensures the Leadership team stays organized, prepared, timely, and completes high priority tasks effectively and efficiently
- Supports the Leadership team in managing key customer and vendor relationships timely, efficiently, and effectively
- Supports the Leadership team with communications administration including internal and external communications development
- Supports the CEO with administrative support as requested
- This role reports to the CFO
. Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience handling key administrative responsibilities in support of executive leaders in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must be a highly organized multi-tasker able to navigate competing priorities in an effective way while anticipating support needs
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Demonstrates a strong sense of customer service
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with business correspondence a plus
- Experience using NetSuite (or other CRM/ERP) preferred
- Logistics or other General DOT Transportation experience preferred
- IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or professional certification in office management preferred
