VSA Florida is seeking a full time Executive Director to provide leadership and management for a statewide organization with its home office in Tampa, Florida. The organization builds inclusive communities for people with disabilities by providing professional development opportunities, technical assistance and program development for artists, educators, arts administrators, health, human and social service professionals.
The Director is responsible for the administration and management of the day to day operations and for the development and implementation of strategies related to short and long term planning efforts. Candidates with a master’s degree or higher and experience in managing a statewide organization and a record of achievement in networking, programming and advocacy with disability, arts or education communities will be considered.
