Hyde Park/Tampa, Florida boutique law firm with a practice in business and real estate litigation has an immediate need for an Executive Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of combined experience in litigation, business litigation, and real estate practices areas in a law firm setting. Must be able to draft basic pleadings, motions, notices and manage a busy attorney calendar on a daily basis. This position will also assist attorneys and paralegals, coordinate and schedule travel, hearings, and meetings. Oversee opening and closing of client files and assist with general office and administrative duties. Highly organized candidates with the ability to efficiently and accurately multi-task should apply.
