This position is for an executive/personal assistant for a company owner in Tarpon Springs at their home office. This is an in person position. We will assume if you are applying for this position you accept the location of the position is in Tarpon Springs, FL and not remote.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional earlier, later or weekend work will be required but notified in advance.

ADMINSTRATIVE BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bank deposits
Setting appointments
Assisting with travel arrangements
Filing and sorting invoices/paperwork
Entering invoices in to Quickbooks
Reconciling credit card statements
Organizing files
Creating new product listings
Answering phones
Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Assist with Marketing Department Outreach
Assist with inventory team
Assistant to product manager
Errand running
TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience with Word, Quickbooks, Dropbox, Excel, Google Docs

Be great at verbal and written communication
A good driver with reliable transportation
As this is a home office, you must be comfortable around children, dogs and cats. Our property is smoke and vape free.
