Commercial Real Estate, Part-time, We are looking for a personel assistant to help with business marketing. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to become a leader in real estate marketing. Our ideal candidate is business-minded and is able to create partnerships in Lakeland and surrounding cities to increase brand awareness and generate long-lasting business relationships. If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and eager; you are needed. Part-time position:16 hrs. per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in the community
  • Social Media
  • Web site updating
  • Client Relations and management
  • Prepare visual and written reports on marketing activities
  • Create strategic business partnership with local businesses
  • Conduct direct marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising is an asset; internship experience will be considered as working experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Computer competency

COMPENSATION is based on over all experience.
