Full Job Description
A CEO located in South Tampa has an immediate need an office/personal assistant. The positon offers flexabiltiy and working from home on Wednesdays & Fridays. The successful candidate must have reliable transportion, attention to detail, flexibility and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Booking domestic and international travel arrangements
- Expense reports, filing and excel spreadsheets
- Communicating to vendors, employees and business associates
- School pick up and drop off at sports practice and lessons
- Assisting with personal errands
Requirements/Experience
- MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint experience
- Professional and able to adapt to changes
- Self starter and can work independently
- Korean speaking and customs knowledge a huge plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
