We are seeking a dedicated Legal Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our Law Firm in both business and personal matters. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, excels at deductive reasoning, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are organized efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including managing emails and phone calls.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support on various business and personal projects, ensuring deadlines are met and details are handled meticulously.
  • Personal Errands: Assist with personal errands and tasks to streamline the CEO’s day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Office Organization: Maintain an organized workspace and system for managing files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Task Prioritization: Identify and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO’s time is used effectively.
  • Mailroom and Kitchen Organization: Ensure the mailroom and kitchen areas are well-organized, stocked, and maintained for efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Associate’s degree (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a personal or executive assistant role (Preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time: 25 to 30 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday, flexible within core business hours.

Compensation:

  • $22 to $25/hour
