Full Job Description
OneTouch Direct is seeking an experienced Executive /Personal Assistant who will work closely with the CEO and COO and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
Founded in 1998, OneTouch Direct has since grown into one of the most preeminent providers of contact center solutions in the nation. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Daily check in with the CEO and COO to review current and weekly calendar
- Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements
- Manage the day-to-day calendars
- Coordinate onsite and offsite, meetings, luncheons and breakfast events
- Coordinate the hosting of in-house events
- Perform variety of office and personal errands
- Conduct research
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and recap meetings
- Prepare Power Point Presentations
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for executives
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Anticipate the Executive needs
- Assist other senior management when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be extremely detailed oriented, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task with great follow up skills
- Excellent people skills
- Must be flexible
- Previous experience handling travel arrangements
- Ability to speak effectively among executives, clients and employees
- Creative problem solving
- Ability to work on business and personal items interchangeably
- Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
- Microsoft Excel, Office and Powerpoint experience (3+ years preferred)
- Must have 2+ years experience in an Executive / Personal Assistant role

Full-Time Position
Salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
