Executive Real Estate Assistant | FL506
Our client is a successful real estate agent in Tampa, Florida. We are looking for a talented Executive Real Estate Assistant to oversee the day-to-day flow of the business. You will play a significant role in the team’s success by ensuring that the business at hand runs smoothly so that the Agent can focus on generating new business and closing sales. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their role and wants to play an integral part in managing the office. This person is service oriented, knows how to anticipate problems and is mindful of putting the client’s needs in the forefront.
Ideal Candidate:
You have 3+ years of real estate admin experience preferably supporting a Real Estate office and/or you providing executive level administrative support to a Realtor. Ideally, you are well-versed in real estate contracts and the sales cycle. Prior paralegal, mortgage or escrow experience is also applicable. An active Florida real estate license is preferred but not required.
You have exceptional organizational and project management skills. You are detail-oriented and are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. The well-being of others comes first and foremost. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You are not here just to earn a paycheck. Areas of Focus:
Create Structure: You will play an essential part in continuing to build the business. You will develop systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and you will oversee all database management.
Manage Deal Flow: From preparing your agent for a Listing Appointment to delivering the closing gift, you will play an active role in every stage of a transaction. You will serve as the key contact person for clients and you will make them the priority and you will follow-up and follow-through at every step in the process.
Marketing & Lead Gen Support: You will also assist with developing or coordinating marketing materials such as just listed cards, door hangers, etc. You will also plan an active role in lead follow-up and in supporting the Agent with prospecting efforts by maintaining call lists and updating the database.
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide an executive level of administrative support. This may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management and keeping the Agent focused on key tasks.

Candidate MUST live within a 30-minute commute of South Tampa, FL and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
The Details:
Salary: $45K – $50K plus possible bonuses
Benefits: Paid vacation, sick days and holidays
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, 9pm-6pm, M-F, flexibility on the weekends required.
